Visron Design’s expertise in plastics and sheet
metal tooling is extensive and considered a core competency for our company.
Most projects use some form of these materials for enclosures and/or structural
parts. These materials generally require significant capital expenditures
for tooling, to manufacture and form the part, in high volume quantities.
Determining trade-offs in tooling (cost, delivery schedule, reliability),
materials, and other factors are key considerations in optimizing your
tooling decisions. Visron’s team has designed and manufactured thousands
of tools throughout the world including Asia and Europe. There is no substitute
for experience in tool building, which continues to be a major factor
in a project’s success. Visron will work closely with your own manufacturing
base or we can produce the tooling and parts for you.
